Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. seeks an account liaison to coordinate and execute SLA commitments for auction vendors and clients in the Dallas area. You will serve as the primary contact, upsell CAI products, and ensure complete client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and vehicle auction processes. The role emphasizes safety and effective cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience, or any higher degree/certification in related discipline
• 5 years’ experience in a related field acceptable
• Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Serve as account liaison coordinating and executing SLAs
• Act as primary contact for auction vendors/clients
• Upsell CAI products and services and ensure agreed work is completed to client expectations
• Coordinate with auction personnel and other stakeholders across customer engagement
• Educate clients on company products and services
• Review sales lineup and coordinate reconditioning services with senior peers
• Understand auction services concepts and vehicle inspection processes
