Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an account liaison to coordinate and execute account SLAs and be the primary contact for auction vendors and clients. You will engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products, and ensure agreed work is completed to client expectations while aligning with Cox Automotive processes.

The role involves coordinating with auction personnel, educating clients on Cox products, and supporting safety and process excellence across operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years related experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Alternative: 5 years related experience in a similar role
• Prior auto/vehicle reconditioning knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with auction personnel and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Upsell CAI products and services to clients
• Educate clients on Cox Automotive products and services
• Review sales lineup and coordinate reconditioning services with senior staff
