Goodwin is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to join its Attorney Development team in a global operations capacity. You will support staffing, utilization tracking, and performance processes through data management, reporting, and careful documentation.

Responsibilities include weekly associate check-ins, maintaining exit interview data, formatting materials for reviews, creating presentations, and coordinating onboarding logistics for new associates.

Qualifications

• Experience with data management, reporting, and calendar coordination.
• Strong administrative support and data entry skills.
• Ability to format materials and prepare documents with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly associate check-ins related to availability and capacity.
• Maintain the exit interview spreadsheet and code data accurately.
• Assist the attorney review process by formatting materials and creating PDFs.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for meetings and internal reporting.
• Compile and organize staffing requests and capacity data.
• Maintain associate vacation and availability calendars to support staffing decisions.
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new associates, including materials coordination.
• Provide general administrative support to the Attorney Development team.
