Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an enthusiastic recruiting coordinator to support its Global Operations Team. You will maintain the LawCruit database, manage candidate records, interview schedules, evaluations and reporting for lateral associate hiring.

You will coordinate all aspects of the lateral recruiting process, communicate with search firms, candidates and internal stakeholders, prepare interview schedules, collect feedback, and help with onboarding and conflicts checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with databases; LawCruit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the recruiting database (LawCruit), including candidate records, interview schedules, evaluations, and reporting for lateral associate hiring.
• Coordinate all aspects of the lateral recruiting process, including scheduling, candidate communications, file management, and expense processing.
• Communicate with search firms, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules, greet candidates, collect feedback, and compile evaluation summaries.
• Support conflicts, background check and onboarding processes.
• Partner with HR and other departments to facilitate smooth onboarding of new attorneys.
• Manage recruiting materials, departmental supplies, and assist with additional projects as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned.
