Goodwin’s Global Operations Team seeks an Attorney Development Manager (ADM) to drive development and engagement for associates and timekeepers. You will solicit input from partners, provide actionable feedback, and guide performance and talent decisions to align with the firm’s goals and elite culture.

You’ll lead onboarding, manage staffing decisions with matter teams, and collaborate with Practice Management, Talent, and other groups to advance professional growth and retention across cohorts.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree strongly preferred with solid legal principles.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a large law firm or professional services.
• Experience in staffing, workforce planning, or attorney development is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attorney Cohort Management: manage day-to-day development, performance, engagement.
• Onboarding & Integration: lead onboarding to ensure smooth integration into culture and workflows.
• Resource Allocation: align Attorney skills with client work and firm priorities.
