Qualifications

• J.D. degree strongly preferred with solid foundation in legal principles.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a large law firm setting.
• Experience in legal staffing, workforce planning, or attorney development preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day development, performance, and engagement for assigned Attorneys.
• Lead onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration into the firm’s culture and workflows.
• Align attorney skills with client work and firm priorities for optimal staffing.
• Support talent hiring strategies with data-informed recommendations.
• Facilitate performance reviews, career progression, and transition processes.
