Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly and pleasantly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address patient needs.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and provide solutions.
• Participate in the patient-informed consent process.
• Ensure atrium is clean, visually appealing, and stocked with food items.
• Enter and verify patient insurance information; collect payments as needed.
