Job summary

Vance Thompson Vision Surgery Center Bozeman LLC is seeking a Part-Time First Impressions – ASC Concierge to join our team in January 2027.

You will greet and register patients, communicate with nursing staff, and assist with chart preparation. You will also monitor pre-op/post-op status, keep the waiting area welcoming, and help resolve patient concerns with empathy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and empathy for patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly, pleasantly, and helpfully.
• Communicate patient needs to nursing staff and internal departments.
• Assist with chart preparation for surgery center patients.
• Check in on the status of patients in pre-op and post-op and assist patients into and out of the center.
• Keep the waiting area clean and visually appealing; ensure snacks and beverages are stocked.
• Handle difficult patient concerns with positive solutions and active listening.
