Atria Senior Living seeks a friendly, detail-oriented front desk/concierge team member to assist residents and coordinate daily services. You will answer questions, arrange transportation, and connect residents with staff to ensure a high level of comfort and safety.

No experience? High school diploma required; training provided. You will work with a compassionate team in a supportive environment that values work-life balance and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for resident requests and calls.
• Coordinate services for residents and family members (dry cleaning, delivery, transportation).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and assist residents upon arrival.
