Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and systems; EMR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; answer questions and manage intake paperwork.
• Maintain EMR system: check-ins, scanning, payments, chart prep.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with lead management and outbound calls; participate in daily huddles.
