Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs across assigned territory, with on-site repair, software loading and preventive maintenance. The role includes on-call duties and occasional travel to client sites.

You will collaborate with bank staff and internal teams, ensure SLA compliance, manage spare parts, and complete reports on time while upholding security and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent field (or 3–5 years field service).
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use voltmeters and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Travel to sites as needed and work with internal/external support.
• Complete administrative reports and adhere to SLA.
