Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance on ATMs, with on-site support and occasional travel.

You will train bank staff on maintenance tasks, manage spare parts, complete reports on time, and represent the company with outstanding customer service. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in field service may be required.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of ATMs within assigned territory.
• On-site support including repair, maintenance and replacement of ATM components.
• Train bank staff on required maintenance tasks.
• Manage spare parts and inventory per processes.
• Complete administrative reports within time lines.
• Occasional travel outside home geography as required.
