Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.

The role requires on-site support, including installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, with occasional travel and on-call duties. The ideal candidate brings electronics know-how, hands-on electro-mechanical experience, and the ability to train staff and coordinate with support teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters is required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support for maintenance.
• Maintain service levels per customer contracts.
• Complete administrative reports and inventory management.
• On-call duty and travel to other areas as needed.
