Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance on ATMs and related equipment, with travel required to cover assigned regions.

You will train staff, coordinate with support teams, and complete administrative reports in a timely manner. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy parts are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3-5 years field service preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to travel to other areas of the country as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs or other equipment in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal/external support teams.
