Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory, performing installation, repair and software loading on-site.

This role requires travel, on-call duties and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work with secure procedures, and train staff or vendors as needed. You will work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• On-Call duty required; compensation provided for On-Call duty.
• 3–5 years field service experience or related background can apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal/external support departments to provide maintenance.
• Maintain service level agreements per customer contract.
• Complete administrative reports within time lines.
