Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory.

The role includes on-site repair, maintenance, software loading, and potential training of new technicians, with some travel required. You will work independently, manage spare parts, complete reports on time, and uphold security and safety procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, ATM experience preferred but not required, or 3-5 years of field service experience.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
Ability to travel domestically and work extended hours; on-call duty required.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with internal and external support to provide end-user maintenance.
Maintain Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
Work on medium to high complexity products and services.
Occasional travel with short notice to areas outside home geography as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance including diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
Manage spare parts and follow inventory processes.
Complete administrative reports within the allotted timelines.
Work independently with minimal supervision and provide excellent customer service.
