ATM Field Service Engineer – Travel & On-Call

Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform on-site repair and maintenance, load software, and may train other engineers. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities include installation, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and adherence to SLAs while coordinating with support teams. On-call duty and heavy lifting are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel nationally and work extended hours; on-call duty may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance support to the end user.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance functions of an ATM including diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
• Occasional travel with short notice to areas outside home geography.
