Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs in the assigned territory, performing installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance. Some travel is required to support customers and maintain SLAs.

The role may involve training other field technicians and assisting with staging and integration of ATMs, with flexible duties and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, or 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across the country; on-call duties required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Provide on-site support and service for ATM products.
• Maintain service level agreements defined per customer contract.
• Travel as needed and complete administrative reports.
