Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will provide on-site support including repair, maintenance and replacement services, with some travel required.

The role requires strong electronics and electro-mechanical expertise, the ability to lift heavy parts, and on-call availability. You will train staff, document activities, and ensure service levels per customer contracts while working with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to travel domestically and on-call duties.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide end-user maintenance.
• Maintain service level agreements per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and cleaning of ATMs.
• Occasional travel with short notice as needed.
• Manage spare parts and complete administrative reports.
