Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) across assigned territories in the United States. The role includes on-site repair, software loading, preventive maintenance, and occasional training of new staff.

Some travel and on-call duty are required. Candidate must have electronics knowledge, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a willingness to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelored in electronics with ability to troubleshoot analog and digital systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills for on-site ATM repairs and maintenance.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver maintenance support.
• Maintain SLA per customer contracts and manage spare parts inventory.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duty as assigned.
