Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics or field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance.
• Maintain all Service Levels as defined per customer contract.
• Complete administrative reports within the specified timeline.
• Travel as required and operate with on-call duties.
