Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a defined territory and provide on-site support, including repair, maintenance and software loading. Some travel is required.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in field service, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. On-call duty is required with compensation. This is a full-time, on-site position in Oak Creek, WI.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, prior ATM experience preferred, but not required, or 3-5 years of experience in the field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to other areas of the country if needed on occasion.
• On-Call duty required for all FSE positions; compensation is provided.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATM’s or other products in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments required to provide maintenance support to the end user.
• Complete administrative reports within time line allotted.
