Hyosung America, Inc. in Washington, DC, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance on ATM systems and train bank staff on required maintenance tasks.

This role requires travel, on-call duty, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. You will collaborate with internal support teams, maintain SLA compliance, complete administrative reports, and ensure excellent customer

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance to end users.
• Maintain SLA compliance as defined per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning of ATMs.
• Complete administrative reports within set timelines.
• Work on products of medium to high complexity and travel as needed.
• On-call duty and independent work with minimal supervision.
