Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within an assigned US territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading, and preventive maintenance on ATMs, with some travel required.

Training staff and coordinating with internal teams are also part of the role. Candidate should have electronics expertise, be able to use voltmeters, operate hand tools, and lift heavy parts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Willingness to travel across the country when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with support departments to deliver maintenance to end users.
