Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc seeks a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance onATM units at customer sites, ensuring service levels per contracts. Some travel is required and on-call duties may be involved.

Responsibilities also include training bank staff, coordinating with support teams, and completing reports while maintaining equipment and company assets in good condition.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of field service experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Interact with internal and external support teams to provide maintenance.
• Maintain service levels per customer contract and handle on-call duties.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Travel to other areas occasionally and work with minimal supervision.
