Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, maintenance and software loading, with occasional travel and potential training of new field staff.

The position requires an electronics background, hands-on mechanical skills, and the ability to manage service duties with customer focus. On-call coverage and travel across the country may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3–5 years in field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
• On-Call duty may be required with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance.
• Complete administrative reports within stated timelines.
• Travel as required to service geography.
