Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for the maintenance and service of ATMs within a defined territory.

You will perform repairs, software loads, and preventive maintenance, with opportunities for training fellow engineers and occasional travel. The role requires hands-on electrical/electromechanical work, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a willingness to work extended hours or on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• On-call duty and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external support to provide service.
• Maintain SLA as defined per customer contract.
• Travel to other areas as needed and work outside normal hours.
