Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and maintain ATMs across a defined territory. You will provide on‑site support, perform diagnostics, and assist with ATM staging and integration. Some travel is required.

The role requires electronics knowledge, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and the capacity to work extended or on‑call hours as needed to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Prior ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with support departments to provide end‑user maintenance services.
