Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within their territory, including on-site repairs and software loading. Some travel is required, with potential training of new engineers and participation in staging/integration of ATMs.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to SLAs, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling security procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years in field service or related tech support.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to travel domestically and support on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal/external teams to provide ATM support.
• Maintain service level agreements per contract.
• Complete administrative reports within deadlines.
