Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory, including on-site repair and preventive maintenance. Travel within the country is expected, with on-call duties and flexible hours.

The role requires electronics/electro-mechanical expertise, plus the ability to train staff and work with internal teams to ensure service levels are met. Strong safety and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience is preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance for end users.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements as defined by customer contracts.
• Occasional travel outside home geography may be required.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning of ATMs.
• Manage spare parts and follow inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• On-call duty and flexible scheduling as required.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and protect company assets.
