Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs across a defined territory, performing on-site repair, maintenance, and software loading. The role may involve training colleagues and occasional travel to align with customer contracts.

The position requires a background in electronics/electromechanical systems, ability to travel domestically, and a willingness to work varied shifts to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• On-Call/travel requirements and extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide service and meet SLAs.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain security and company property; travel as needed.
