Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs in a defined territory. Responsibilities include on-site repair, maintenance, software loading and training of staff. Occasional travel may be required.

The role emphasizes independent work, adherence to SLAs, and on-site customer service excellence in a high-security, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent; 3–5 years field service experience preferable.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
• On-call duty may be required; shifts may include weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support for end-user maintenance.
• Maintain SLA commitments per customer contracts.
• Travel occasionally to areas outside home geography as needed.
