Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory. You will provide on-site support for ATM repairs, maintenance and software loading, with travel as needed.

The role may include training of new Field Service Engineers, staging and integration of ATMs, and completing administrative reports. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Assoc. degree in Electronics or 3-5 years field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with proper assistance.
• Willingness to travel to different areas of the country.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide end-user maintenance.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements per customer contracts.
• Complete administrative reports on time and follow inventory processes.
• Provide on-call support and travel as required.
