Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory, with on-site support and occasional travel. You will repair, load software, and replace components, ensuring reliability and uptime for customers.

The role requires electronics knowledge, ability to read schematics, and the stamina to handle physically demanding tasks, with on-call duties and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM field service experience preferred; 3–5 years acceptable.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to read schematics and use testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to provide end-user support.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports within deadlines.
