Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a defined territory. You will provide on-site support for ATM repairs, maintenance and replacements.

Some travel is required, and you may train other field service engineers while assisting with staging and integration of ATMs. You will complete administrative reports in a timely manner and operate with a flexible on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred, or related electronics background.
• Ability to travel domestically to support ATM installations and service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external support to provide end-user maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATM hardware and software.
• Complete administrative reports and manage parts inventory.
