Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will provide on-site support, perform diagnostics, and ensure security procedures are followed.

Travel to customer sites is required. Responsibilities include training staff, managing spare parts, completing administrative reports, and working with internal teams to meet service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred for ATM maintenance.
• Ability to travel domestically and lift up to 80 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Diagnose issues, perform software loading and routine preventive maintenance.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Complete admin reports and manage spare parts per inventory processes.
• Travel to customer sites with short notice and be on-call as required.
