Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. Expect on-site repairs, software loading and preventive maintenance, with occasional travel and on-call duties.

The role may include training of new field service engineers, with responsibilities spanning diagnostics, parts management, and customer service excellence. Must hold an electronics background and be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics required or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across the country and work extended hours/flex shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within designated territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with support departments to deliver maintenance to end user.
• Maintain SLAs as defined per customer contract.
• Travel as needed; on-call and after-hours work possible.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes; complete admin reports on time.
