Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site support, potential training of new engineers, and occasional travel.

You will handle diagnostics, software loading, and preventive maintenance, while ensuring SLA commitments. The position requires strong electronics knowledge, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends or holidays.

Qualifikationen

• May require an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Prior ATM service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools.

Aufgaben

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Travel within country with short notice as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning of ATMs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and complete administrative reports.
