Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within an assigned territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance on ATM systems and related products.

The role requires on-site support with occasional travel, training of other engineers, and adherence to service level agreements. On-call duties and safe, compliant operation are expected.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3-5 years field service experience.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
Travel as required to support customers and service levels.
Complete administrative reports in a timely manner and maintain inventory.
