Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, maintenance and possible training of new engineers. Some travel is required.

You will work with customers to fulfill service obligations, handle preventive maintenance, diagnostics and software loading, and ensure compliance with security and safety procedures. An on-call schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Able to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to deliver end-user maintenance.
• Maintain SLAs as defined per contract.
• Possess ability to travel to other areas of the country when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning of ATMs.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service as a NHA representative.
