Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs across a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, with on-site support and occasional travel.

The role requires the ability to train staff, work with multiple departments, and complete administrative reports with minimal supervision. On-call duty is required and compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics preferred.
• Experience with ATM or similar electromechanical equipment advantageous.
• willingness to travel within the country as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support to provide maintenance to end users.
