Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within a defined territory, ensuring on-site repair, maintenance and software loading as needed.

Travel within the region is required, with on-call duties and the possibility of extended hours. The role emphasizes customer service and accurate reporting of service activities.

Strong hardware and electronics knowledge is essential, along with the ability to lift parts and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM field service experience preferred, but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or other products in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance support to the end user.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Complete administrative reports within the designated timeline.
