Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within an assigned territory in the United States.

The role includes on-site installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, with potential training responsibilities for newer engineers and occasional staging/integration support for ATMs. The position requires travel within the country, a flexible schedule including on-call duties, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3–5 years field service preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters; capable of lifting heavy parts up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or related products within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal/external support teams to provide maintenance for end users.
• Complete administrative reports within required timelines.
• Maintain security procedures and company property; operate with on-call duties.
