Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within an assigned territory. You will provide on-site repair, maintenance and software loading, with some travel required and opportunities to train other engineers.

The role requires electronics/electro-mechanical knowledge, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and the flexibility to work extended hours and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent; 3-5 years field service preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs or related products in a defined territory.
• Train staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance for end users.
• Maintain service levels per customer contract.
• Occasional travel to areas outside home geography as needed.
