Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will respond on-site for repairs, software loading and preventive maintenance, with some travel and potential training of new staff.

The role requires hands-on electronics work, the ability to lift heavy parts, and occasional travel across the country. On-call duties are required with compensation as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred, but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel nationwide when needed.
• On-Call duty may be required with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs or other products in defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with support departments for maintenance.
• Maintain service levels per customer contracts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATMs.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
