Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform on-site repair, maintenance and software loading, train bank staff on upkeep, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels.

Some travel and on-call duties are required. The ideal candidate has an electronics background, can lift up to 80 lbs, and is comfortable working unsupervised in a busy banking environment across the country.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3–5 years field service experience.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work extended hours when required.
• Domestic travel and on-call duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs and related products within a defined territory.
• Load software, perform maintenance, and diagnostics on equipment.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support for service delivery.
• Complete administrative reports and meet SLAs; travel when needed.
