Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs across their territory. The role includes installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, with travel as required and training responsibilities for new engineers.

The successful candidate will have a background in electronics or electro-mechanical systems, the ability to use voltmeters, hand tools, and lift heavy parts, and be prepared for flexible hours and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required; or 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as needed; extended/odd hours may be required.
• Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• On-call duty with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load and maintain ATMs or other products within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support for maintenance needs.
• Meet all customer contract service levels.
