Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a specified territory. The role includes on-site support, installation, repair, software loading, and possible training of new engineers. Some travel may be required to cover the country.

The candidate will work with customers, ensure adherence to service levels, and perform preventive maintenance. Flexibility for on-call duties and extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent; prior ATM experience preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of field service experience is desirable.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs or related products within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance and meet SLAs.
