Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes installation, repair, software loading, and preventive maintenance, with on-site support for end users and occasional travel.

Responsibilities involve training staff, coordinating with support teams, and maintaining service levels across contracts. Some travel and on-call duties are required to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• May require an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, or 3-5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel across the country if needed and work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal/external teams for maintenance.
• Maintain service levels as defined per customer contract and handle inventory.
