Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repairs, software loading, preventive maintenance, and training of new engineers, with some travel required.

Responsibilities include installing, repairing and maintaining ATMs, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring SLAs are met. On-call duty is required, and the candidate should be able to lift parts up to 80 lbs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Able to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Able to work extended hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to travel to other areas of the country if needed.
• On-Call duty required; compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATM’s in a defined geographical territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide end-user maintenance.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance functions including diagnostics and testing.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
